Elected Redford Township Treasurer on November 4, 2008, Lily Cavanagh is the wife of Phil Cavanagh, former Wayne County Commissioner, and the proud mother of six. Lily’s devotion to public service has been sincere. She worked at the Michigan Court of Appeals for twelve years before being elected as Treasurer of Redford Township. She is also an active, participating member of many organizations, including: Focus Hope of Detroit, Vista Maria, Redford Goodfellows, Dearborn Heights Goodfellows, Garden City Goodfellows, Redford Rotary Club, Latinos of Livonia, Livonia Dems, Dearborn Dems, Dearborn Heights Dems, and numerous others. She understands the importance of community involvement. |
